Once we receive your form and payment and approve your application we will contact you to coordinate logistics. Thank you for your support and we look forward to working with you on this great event!

 

Costs

1. $100 per booth space. (This include a $25 non-refundable processing fee) (spaces are 10’ x 10’)

2. Required donation of one (1) item of minimum $25 value per vendor to be used as raffle prize at event.

PLEASE NOTE - $25 value donation cannot be a $25 off coupon or other ‘discount’ for your services or product. It must be a stand-alone item of value without having to be redeemed with additional costs to the person who ends up with it after the event (see passport information / what donations are used for)
